More details to this question:
My daughter is 9 years of age. The Court Order makes the child care a separate payment from child support, to be determined between mother and father. If my child goes to school full time, when can I stop paying the child care payments?

Good question. Presumably when the child no longer needs, or uses, child care. Probably it's best to try to negotiate this with the child's father. If that does not work, you can go back to court to seek to amend the judgment. Good Luck.
