My ex passed away 6.17.2015. In our divorce decree he was awarded 25%of the net proceeds from the sale of my condo in Washington state. Last date of alimony payment is 8.31.2017. Does the decree expire at this time?

A divorce decree never expires it is a court order.Payments may cease as per the terms of the decree, but that does not effect the decree.
