QUESTION

When does my child support will stop?

More details to this question:
My child support was set up throught the court but in the order it doesn't say when does it stops. She's almost 17 and still in high school and I need to find out if it will stop when she's 18 or when?

Usually child support stops at 18 or 19, if child is still in high school with reasonable expectations of graduating by her 19th birthday. I would not simply assume it will automatically stop.
