My wife and I have been separated for over two years and she reside in FL with our child, I have recently moved to GA, I have been here since Oct, do I need to find a FL lawyer to file for divorce since our son lives in FL or can I file in GA? Which is the better option? Thank you.

If child support or child custody is involved, it is best to file where the child resides.
