My wife and I met and lived in Florida which is where we are still registered (i.e. liscences, vehicles registration). We were married in Atlanta where we lived for two years. We now live in Cincinnati, Ohio where we have been for 6 months. My wife would like to leave and go back to Florida and I will stay in Ohio. So the question is, which city and state do we file in?

If you have been domiciled in Ohio for 6 months you should file here. The question of "domicile" deals with whether this was your home and whether you intended to reside her "permanently" so far as you knew, when you moved here.
