who can submit summary dissolution forms to court?

I have all the forms signed and ready to be submitted. I have no attorney. Who can go to court to submit the summary dissolution forms in california? Do I have to go with my husband to file the forms or can I just go by myself to submit the forms?

He needs to sign the form, but if he has, you can take it to the court clerk on your own.
