Who will pay the bill after divorce?

More details to this question:
I do not have job or income and we have credit card bill and I want to know if the judge will going to divide the credit card bill even when I do not have income or job?

If you & your spouse can agree regarding how the credit card bill is to be paid, your agreement can be written into the divorce agreement. If you & your spouse cannot agree on this, the judge will decide.

It is possible that the court will divide the bill. There are many variables that go into a court's decision as to who should pay the bill. Note that the court's decision does not effect in any way your or your spouse's obligation for the entire amount as fare as the credit card company is concerned. It may depend on what was charged, when it was charged, who charged it..many variables.
