Will I be able to get my handgun/conceal permit bavk

Me and my girlfriend both got picked up on a domestic battery. Had a restraining order on us hy the state of Indiana. But had that dropped prolly 2 or 3 weeks later I think it was. Then my attorney said at my last court date that come Oct. 4th adlong as I dont get in trouble till then the case would be dismissed. We only spent one night in jail. Did everything I needed to. Was wondering because I had to turn over my handgun at the time. Would I be able to get that and the co deal permit back as well?
