Asked on May 16th, 2016 on Child Custody - Nevada
More details to this question:
I'm 17 years old, i filed for primary custody over my daughter her father is on the certificate and in the year 2014/2015 we split and i said i was going to commit suicide and went to a hospital but they let me out the same day, we got back together a few months later and from there i got pregnant and from there on we had a rocky start because i filed a metro report on him and hes been violent with me at school before and have a report on it to but a few weeks ago he told me how do i feel and i cursed him out through text and in the heat of the moment said 'i wish i could slap you ' I've never had any trouble with police but I'm scared i could be sent to jail

It is difficulto to see what your question actually might be, but please relax.  No one is going to "go to jail" for saying "I wish I could slap you."  However, the less said by text, e-mail, and on social media the simpler your life will be. In the meantime, to check on how child custody and child support work in the State of Nevada, please see the materials posted at: http://www.willicklawgroup.com/child-custody-and-visitation/ http://www.willicklawgroup.com/child-support/ You should also do whatever is necessary to cease being part of a violent relationship.  Please see http://www.willicklawgroup.com/domestic-violence/
