More details to this question:
My house is being sold on 6/10 auction. No hardship he makes over $7000 amonth, he just stopped payments. I've lost my hearing, he blames me for losing 1 of the hearing aides he won't buy me new ones & my hearing has gottem worse. Has been the reason I can't get a job. I have a fractured tooth that is going to require surgery. I'm badly allergic to cats and he's bringing home the dander. from his mistress cat, which has me covered with eczema and he just laughs. He's been renting an apartment it's been 9 months but he still lives in the house with me. His mistress is in Ecuador teaching english, he's just been lying to her she asked about telling his landlord about moving, there is no landlord. He's paying $700+ a month plus utilities and repair work from rugs, fence work etc. He sends her about $400 & pays her medical bills & her maid service, I clean my house myself. My biggest fear is that I have no money, no job & no way of supporting myself once house is sold, 9 days away.

You need legal help, and you needed it YESTERDAY!  You do not mention a pending divorce proceeding, but it appears that your marriage is over, and that would be the next step.     Now you don't mention how long you have been married or whether you are employed in any capacity, but generally, the parties are to maintain the status quo during a divorce proceeding.  So, if he has been supporting you during the marriage, then he has a legal duty to continue to support you, or at least contribute to your support during the pendency of the divorce.      As to continuing alimony, this depends on your need and his ability to pay.   Since it appears you have a need, and he has an ability to pay, the other issues involve how much is fair and for how long should he be required to pay.  The scope of exploring these issues goes beyond a simple answer.  In light of the rapidly pending foreclosure, you might want to go to legal aid in your county who may be able to find a no cost or low cost attorney to help you.    Best of luck.
