Will my alimony payments be automatically deducted from his UIB?

More details to this question:
My ex was laid off of work and will be getting UIB. I have court ordered alimony from superior court and my alimony was automatically deducted from my ex-husband’s wages but he was recently laid off. What do I have to do to continue receiving my alimony payments?

You may need to apply to the court for a new Income withholding order to have the support payments withheld from the UIB.
