QUESTION

Will proving the plaintiff lied under oath suffice?

Asked on Nov 29th, 2014 on Child Custody - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
A custody trial was scheduled for 2 days. The opposing attorney wasn't available one of the days. The court said the other day would be scheduled if need be. Are you entitled to the second day to finishing presenting your evidence? In the event the judge makes a decision based on only that one day, under what circumstances will a judge grant a motion of reconsideration?

You would have to have good grounds, I am not sure but probably the law was misinterpreted or the judge's decision was not supported by the facts. I think you would have to file Exceptions in 10 days and there are specific rules on this in the Family Court civil rules.
