My boyfriend and I have a daughter. I am applying for TANF and TANF requires me to cooperate with Child Support Services. Neither one of us has a job right now. The cash benefits would be great until we could find one. We currently live together but we desperately need the money to help pay the bills until one of us gets a job. Will they make me put him on Child Support even though we live together? He helps just as much as I do and we both do odd jobs (such as babysitting and lawn work) just to try and get a little money here and there to pay the bills. Although everything is equal, will the state make me put him on Child Support?
