My partner and I were married almost a month ago. She had said it would be easier for me to adopt her daughter if we were to get married and it was okay with her probation officer that she got married while she was on an out of state pass. She lives in Oklahoma and I live in Colorado. She is not allowed to come back and told me the reason she married me was so I would be able to have custody at a later time. She has since then changed her mind and said she will not be coming back to Colorado. When we got married it was the day before she was supposed to go back and ask for a probation transfer. I recently found out she is engaged as well to someone else. Is any of this grounds for an annulment?
