I have been at odds with my recently deceased Wife's family due to fact they stole a lot of my Wife's money. For spite, the family omitted my last name (her married name) on my Wife's grave marker, on the family plot, in a local CHURCH cemetery. What can be done to FORCE her correct legal name onto her grave marker?
