I went to a company to work for an insurance agency. Upon accepting the offer I made a payment to start a course for licensing however due to my current job I did not have time to start the course. I then called my credit card company to dispute the charges and the dispute was denied and then today I get a call from I get a call from the company asking me if I was still interested in the job because they did not want the class to expire and that I was showing my progress as 0%. I then decided to log into the course and it was at 10% not this is the course that the agency set up for me and I have the hand written sticky note given to me. I do believe that the people at the agency logged into the account and started the course so that me card company would not place a charge back. Is this in face fraudulent activity. I logged into the account as of today and changed the password to block access to them. I know that my IP did not access this course until today so who's did previously
