A United States citizen can sponsor their parent for a green card, provided that they are over the age of 21 years. If that person does not have sufficient income to be their parents financial sponsor, then that person could enlist a joint financial sponsor as a substitute. You should retain counsel here in Florida for representation to make sure your case is processed correctly and without delays.
