Are my privacy rights being violated?

More details to this question:
A lady on my job has interest in the man that I am dating. She has befriended someone on his job and passes information on to this man to tell my man. It's simple things like who she see me talking to or what someone else may have said about me.

Your co-worker sounds like a lousy person, but there is no law against her passing on truthful information which she learned legally, even if you don't want her to pass it on.
