Asked on Nov 09th, 2021 on General Practice - Connecticut
More details to this question:
I have a pending lawsuit. I'll call or email my attorney 10-12 times before his secretary responds. My attorney never does. We are now waiting for a fact finding conference to be scheduled. My attorney never asked my Dr for medical records and two important pieces of information are being left out ,he said it's considered be knit picking. What can I do?

You likely cannot change how your attorney opperates.  You can consider shopping around for new counsel, but remember the value of the attorney fee will be split between the old and new attorney.  Depending on the circumstances in your matter, this may make your case less attractive to some firms. I would be very inteested in knowing more details about your matter.  Please feel free to contact us for more information. 203.870.6700

Information provided doesn't create an attorney/client privilege nor constitute an offer of services and is only general responses to hypotheticals
