Yes, you can get married to an immigrant and sponsor him for a green card, even if you are receiving Social Security disability benefits. The only condition is that you will have to have a joint sponsor file the 864 affidavit of support. This could be anybody that is a US citizen or green card holder and lives in the United States. Since there's a large age difference between you, your application will be given stricter scrutiny. Accordingly, you should retain counsel to represent you.
