More details to this question:
I went to a career school this year, started in April
and the last day of class was in October but
I've been waiting for my externship since then
And today (12/3/2014) I received a notice
of termination from my program. I called and asked
About this letter and was told it was just for "legalities"
This career school is closing, they are going to be out
Of their current building as of December 31st, and
Finishing out the rest of the students at one of the
Community college campus. The school refuses to
Pay for the certification that was included in my tuition
Until I do an externship, and it seems like they are
not going to honor the 300 free educational hours
promised to every student that has enrolled.
Is there any way I can get my Money back as I
paid out of pocket for over half of the tuition

I would work very hard with the program to create a precise and detailed written record of what occurred. I would create thus record by working with the program to maximize your opportunities while creating the written record. I would not be adversarial. You will not be able to create the record. You will win if you have a detailed and precise record. Ed dimon
