Can I get my name off a car loan?

More details to this question:
I am the primary leinholder on a loan I signed for my boyfriend to get a car, I am worried he may stop paying for it. Is there anyway, besides him refinancing, to get my name off the loan?

Assuming that you were competent and of age when you entered into the contract, and were not defrauded or coerced into signing, no.  The financing company has no reason to let you out of your commitment.
