More details to this question:
I was left my aunts jewelry in her will and also my grand mothers jewelry but my late aunts husband won't give over the jewelry and said he is going to give it away and sell it. It means a lot to me because it's all I have left of those two and it should be mine also the jewelry added up is worth a large amount of money. The executor is the husbands best friend and won't help, I have gone to the husbands house to try to talk and and he won't talk to me.

If the will states you were to receive the jewelry, then the executor may be breaching his or her duty. Do as Ms. Anderson suggests, and if still no reponse, consult an attorney and go to court. And don't wait until your aunt's husband sells the jewelry.

First send a letter demanding the jewelry.  Send it certified mail, return receipt requested.  Give the Executor 20 days to turn over the jewelry.  If he doens't turn over the jewelry, you can file a complaint in court claiming that the Executor breached his duty and failed to make the distribution called for in the will.
