O took my RV in to have a paint protection applied (3 hr job) after 4 days I went to pick it up and noticed damage. They offered to fix the damage but had to schedule it once the ordered parts came in. I was going to take my RV home until then but they also damaged the hitch and I was unable to hook it up to my truck. A week later the new hitch came in but not the other parts. 2 weeks later I brought the RV back since the parts can in and was told it would be a 3 day turn around. Asfter more then a week i gad to call tgem to ask if it was done and was told it was so I went to pick it up, only to find out the work had not been complete. The manager offered to deliver it to me once the work was done. After another week, they were in rrounte to my house where the driver stopped for gas and wrecked my RV into a gas station. Am I able to sue for negligence? I've owned this for 5 months and they have had it 80% of the time. What would be fair to request?
