More details to this question:
I took my ring to get a stone replaced they had my ring for a month when I called them they said it would be ready that week. when I went to pick the ring up it was not mine. the stones were brown it looks like my ring but not mine. I had the ring they gave me appraised and took the appraisal to them. they said I could pick out another ring but it could only be for what I spent not the value of the ring I had. I picked out a ring but it is not worth what my ring was because my ring was on sale. I have been just sick about this. I can not believe that either they took my stones out of my ring or they lost it. I just want the value of the ring I had. the ring I have which is nice and not mine it is not the one of have worn 3 years. I want them to replace the stones in the ring that looks like mine. they keep saying the ring is at the store the one they tried to give me. is there anything I can do for pain and suffering.

You can sue for the ring's value, but not paid and suffering.
