can i sue the company?

More details to this question:
I recently went to a concert, i paid for VIP ticket which was over $100 through this company, it included the ticket for $25 and also the vip bag which has some exclusive merchandise in it, i came to the show and went to the merch table to pick up my bag and the merch guy said he didnt have my bag and i emailed the company i bought the vip ticket from and they said they dont have all the merchandise that was supposed to be included in the VIP bag, there was important item missing and they say cant find another one like it and i told them i want a refund for $75 and they refuse to pay me back, can i sue the company?

If I understnad you correctly, you had a contract with the company to provide you with tickets and merchandise in exchange for $100.  The company breached the contract  by failing to provide the merchandise.  Assuming that these are the facts, this is a classic breach of contract claim.
