Bought new car from GMC dealer in New Jersey with warranty, they did an oil change and didn't do it right. The car started loosing oil then the seal burst and my motor seized. They had my car for over two weeks and they called and said its fixed now. I will pick it up today. My question, they messed this up under warranty, my car is not even two years old and they fix the motor. First of all I don't trust them! I think it's a safety hazard and the value of the car won't be the same. What can I do?
i would work closely with the manufacturer and make a detailed and complete written and documented record. You will win. Please call if you have issues. Ed Dimon
