Dealing with mold

I have live in privetly owened section 8 housing for 8 yrs since 2015 i experienced 3 leaks and they came and drywalled them up i reported a mold issue and nothing was done and the moisture levels were reading 10.98 they came in last week and the levels was reading 12 they now want to move me to another apartment and be done with it iam not happy cause i have suffered the last 3 yrs and have no insurance so all my visit i have had to pay out of pockets i dont think i should have to settle for what they are offering me all of a sudden any advice i contacted a lawyer so iam hoping to hear back from them i have paper work from drs where i have stayed sick since 2015 till now i stay sick.
