More details to this question:
As a Defendant in NJ Civil Court, When introducing evidence in an ANSWER to a COMPLAINT, how detailed do you have to be. For example, if I had a document with a handwritten letter from a third party listing details of the case in question, but I actually intended to use the letter to prove something was authored by the same individual in a handwriting analysis, Could I simply present the letter to the Plaintiff's attorney and let them take it at face value to catch them off guard, or would I need to state my true intention for presenting it.
