Do i have any legal action available?

More details to this question:
Earlier today I bought some red baron pizza from my local grocery store (safeway), which is located in Tucson Arizona. This evening I cook the pizza and has I was eating I notice a black baby worm fell out of the pizza. Even after I fully cook the pizza for 25 minutes, the worm was still alive and moving. I recorded a mini video on my phone, as well as took 2 pictures of it.

You can sue the pizza manufacturer, but all you are out is the price of the pizza. I think you would probably do better financially by complaining to the company, rather than commencing a lawsuit.
