My bf signed a car title over to me 4 months ago. Two months ago he got into wreck and totaled his car so I let him use mine till he buy another. I never went to the DMV to transfer the title and he won't give it back. Do I have any rights?

If he signed the back of the title transfering the car to you, then you own it even if you did not record it with the DMV.
