do I have rights after 30 years being with my partner

More details to this question:
I have been living with someone since1996 left my apartment everything I had came with me I do have a legal paper about the house that when he is gone the house will go to me but we are not married I have been with him since 1988 I will like to leave he hit me so I feel It is over do I have any rights

Unless you have a registered civil union, living together gives no rights.  Your partner needs a will leaving house to you.
