exemployer won't pay wages earned

More details to this question:
employer keeps putting me off.has stated a deposit to my account has been made but never was.stated we will settle by a date and time but nothing happens. we have agreeded on amount he owes me.

Failure to pay wages owed is a violation of the wage and hour act.  Your employer is not allowed to settle for a lesser amount - if he owes the wages, he owes them.  You could bring a claim for double damages and attorneys' fees if he continues to refuse to pay the full amount owed.
