More details to this question:
while drinking my arizonia a bug went in my mouth from a sip. I spit it out back into the can which grossed me out and looks like a roach. I work for a flavoring plant and am a QC manager. What do i do?

The question is always going to be what damages were suffered? If you did not suffer any damages, you do not have any claim. Yes - having a roach in the can is digusting, but being disgusted does not give rise to a cause of action.
