More details to this question:
I left a cash deposit with a buy here pay here dealer and changed my mind about purchasing the vehicle. I returned to the dealer to collect my deposit and they informed me that they can only give me $200 back out of the $500 deposit because they had already started repairing the car. What can I do??

You can report them to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs and you can file a small claims case against them.
