How can you be arrested for bond revocation if you haven't been arrested before?

More details to this question:
My husband was just arrested for bond revocation, but he hasn't been arrested. He had some charges that he took care of but was never arrested. He also had a FDA, I was thinking the arrest was because of this, but they said revoked bail

Never heard of an FDA but I have heard of FTA (failure to appear). I think that if you will contact the clerks office where the arrest warrant for bond revocation was issued, I think that you will find that he failed to appear for a court date, his bond was revoked and an FTA warrant was issued.
