How do I file a qdro with the court?

More details to this question:
My ex wife and I were divorced March 2017 she is a teacher and I am entitled to 1/2 of her pension. We were married for 19 years. I paid for the qdro written up by an accountant. Now what do I do with it to get it processed correctly?
1 ANSWER
Plan manager must approve QDRO first. Once plan manager approves, send to judge (same judge who granted divorce) for filing. Then send "filed" QDRO back to plan manager.
