How do I file a qdro with the court?

More details to this question:
My ex wife and I were divorced March 2017 she is a teacher and I am entitled to 1/2 of her pension. We were married for 19 years. I paid for the qdro written up by an accountant. Now what do I do with it to get it processed correctly?

Update Your Profile
Plan manager must approve QDRO first. Once plan manager approves, send to judge (same judge who granted divorce) for filing. Then send "filed" QDRO back to plan manager. Edward Zohn, Attorney at Law, 908.791.0312
