My daughter won't return a car I own and insure. The police have already contacted her and told her that she is not authorized to use the car and to return it to me. She agreed but hasn't returned it. What are my options?

the police do not want to be involved in family matters. your options are limited. you can use a family member to speak with your daughter. you can use a law firm to speak with your daughter and if no response, bring an action against your daughter for the car. you must make the decision. please call to discuss if we can help.
