An ex friend and I are having issues and I want my things back from her. How do I get them back without her saying I'm harassing her? I've texted her and called her to let her know plenty of time but she just blocks my number or she just doesn't respond.

Try to get a mutual friend involved to arrange for you to pick up your stuff.
