More details to this question:
I learned about how my birth certificate is a stock on the world stock exchange, and when my birth certificate was created. So was a leagal fiction bearing my name. "Straw Man". I would like to know how to 1. Upgrade my status to Uniform Commercial Code or UCC 1 status. 2. Hold the claim to my birth certificate, and not a foreign bank. 3. Become the secure creditor of my quote unquote Straw Man.
