Divorce and Custody Attorney serving Washington, PA at The Puskar Law Firm
Update Your Profile
You have to do a thorough search--white pages, internet, family/friends, etc. If you have exhaused these possibilities, you can motion the court to allow you to serve the defendant by publication in your county's legal journal and in 1 newspaper of "general circulation."
