QUESTION

How long after meditation should a court order be signed?

Asked on Feb 16th, 2023 on General Practice - Michigan
More details to this question:
I have been separated from my children's father for 3 years now and it has been everything that I expected, a struggle. The mediator is clearly biased. I have proof. As of now the defendant and I were under the impression that the last time we agreed in mediation in spring of 2021 was the standing order. Come to find out now. Feb 7 that order was never signed and she can't give it to me. Tried to get it again, the 16th and they threw it away. Which he didn't respect the judges order anyways so what is the point?

you need to file a Motion to Show Cause why the Order should not be signed. you also probably have the best chance if you hire a lawyer to do this
