I am wondering if I have a case against a blogger for cyber harrasement or stalking

I'm a cam model and also I manage a few cam models. A blogger has posted my real name and a beware ad on craigslist posted pictures of me my car and my phone number. Shes continued to post about me. Her blog is filled with lie after lie about me. She has a huge post that says scam alert then goes into detailed lies about me I . I need to know if I have a case for cyber harrasement or stalking or slander. I am in Dallas TX she lives in Ca.

Hi,
It sounds like you may have a claim for defamation among other things. My advice would be to have an attorney write a letter to her demanding that she remove all of the offending material.
