More details to this question:
Hi! I booked a room at a hotel 2-weeks in advance. When I got there, they had given my room away. I was going to the hotel for a specific reason. The hotel is haunted. The room that I booked is supposed to be the most haunted in the hotel. I have the e-mail that said we would have the room. There was an Indian Manager on-site. He provoked me. I became angry because he provoked me. Do I have a case? Vikki

Probably not.  You probably won't be able to show any damages.  It iwll be very difficult for you to show that what you contracted for was worth more than what you received.
