i cosign for my brother for a loan a student loan and he then applied for another personal loan without my authorization. when I found out i was very mad it is now time for him to pay but he is not paying the loan and i have people calling at all times regarding this loan this is affecting my credit my question is- if i pay the loan is there a way im able get him to pay the money back

If you, as a guarantor of your brother's loan, are forced to pay it off, you can sue your brother for the money you paid.
