QUESTION

I had Aluminum foil seal inside my yogurt, should I Sue.

More details to this question:
I opened my Laura Lynn greek style yogurt expecting a delicious treat; what my spoon pulled up was an entire aluminum lid that been crumpled up and sealed inside of my yogurt. I took pictures and have witness. Had I been a 5 year old, or someone with a disability such as blind it could have been devastating. Should I sue? I'm sure this is not the only case. Laura Lynn Ingles is Bob Ingles (founder of Ingles super market) daughter. "Laura Lynn" is a major brand sold at all Ingles supermarkets and does not just sell yogurt. I believe they have some serious quality control issues that must be addressed.

To have a valid lawsuit, you need actual damages. Not just "what if," or fear of it happening again. Manufacturers have known error in products but assume most people will catch them
