I have a flea infestation at my complex

More details to this question:
flea infestation in a new apartment i am renting - its only been 2 weeks and i have had an exterminatior come twice. since i am subleasing from the girl that had the fleas (from her 2 dogs/cats or it could be the complex as a whole) they will not pay for extermination and costs are on me. i dont know what to do?

Since you are subleasing, I would suggest that you contact the person from whom you are subleasing and ask her to take care of it. If she does not, then move out.
