I bought a used car from a dealer, they lost the car with no problems, when I get back to my state leas than 2 months, I took it for a complete diagnostic text after 3 weeks into having it I started hearing this loud noise like something was broken and the rim was getting black, found out the car have $6500 worth of damage. They agreed to fix but keep covering up the work and the same problem keep coming.

Return the car to them for a full refund. Without knowing more details, I cannot tell if you qualify under the Lemon Law. However, in your situation, I would try to return the car and get my money back.
