i need my engagment ring back

More details to this question:
she agreed to give it back after getting her mothers diamond removed, that was in march. Its now is november and she will not respond to me. what can i do to get my ring back?

the stone [diamond] belonged to her mother and you had this stone placed in a ring that you purchased. the engagement was broken. the mother is keeping the stone. you want the ring returned. the problem is that you gave the ring to your fiancee. the gift was completed. the gift belongs to the person who received the gift. you can ask for the ring. she has no obligation to give you her possession.  ed dimon, esq.
