I'm 17 years old and I don't have a license but I was in a car accident a few days ago where my car has almost 10,000 maybe more of damage to it when the other party only has about 8,000 much damage to their car and I'm just trying to figure out where to go from here because I have to go to court in a few days.

If the car accident was the Fault of the other driver Then you have a cause of action against him for your damages. Retain counsel here in Florida on contingency fee, which means you don't pay anything unless you win the case.
